About the Journal

FoBIR: Frontier Business Review is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes high-quality scholarly research in the fields of business, management, entrepreneurship, innovation, and related disciplines.

FoBIR provides a scholarly platform for researchers, academicians, practitioners, and policymakers to disseminate original research, theoretical developments, and practical insights that contribute to the advancement of business and management knowledge and practice.

The journal welcomes research addressing contemporary and emerging issues in business and management, including strategic management, international business, entrepreneurship and SMEs, marketing and consumer behavior, finance and accounting, human resource management and organizational behavior, innovation and digital business, operations and supply chain management, corporate governance, sustainability and ESG, business analytics, and emerging-market business.

Interdisciplinary research that connects business and management with technology, sustainability, innovation, public policy, and other relevant disciplines is also welcomed.

Manuscript Language

FoBIR accepts manuscripts written in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Manuscripts submitted in Bahasa Indonesia should include the title, abstract, and keywords in English to enhance the visibility and accessibility of published research to international readers.

Publication and Peer Review

FoBIR is published quarterly, with four issues annually in January, April, July, and October.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an editorial screening followed by a rigorous peer-review process to ensure originality, relevance, methodological rigor, scientific quality, and academic integrity.

As an open-access journal, FoBIR provides immediate and unrestricted access to its published content, supporting the dissemination of scholarly knowledge to researchers, educators, practitioners, policymakers, and wider communities.
